Toriqul has master’s degree in social work and Postgraduate Diploma in Health Management.

Mr. Akash kumar Ganguly, Asst. Secretary

Akash Kumar Ganguly is a dynamic development professional with over 9 years of experience in social development and good governance. He has led and supported numerous impactful projects, with expertise spanning program planning, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), stakeholder coordination, and high-quality documentation, including report writing and proposal development. Throughout his career, Akash has demonstrated strong leadership in managing CSR projects funded by PSUs and corporate donors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Akash holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has cleared UGC-NET for Assistant Professorship. His technical acumen, coupled with his experience in capacity building and grassroots mobilization, has enabled him to work across diverse geographies in India. Jasim Uddin is a passionate individual with a background in mathematics and pharmacy. After completing his graduation in mathematics, he pursued a diploma in pharmacy and currently runs his own pharmacy business. Driven by a strong desire to contribute to society, Jasim aspires to become a social development worker, leveraging his educational background and professional experience to make a meaningful impact in his community.

I am Dr. Piyali Shome from Kolkata,WB,India .I am a Medical Officer ,health educator and central council certified Physician committed to build robust service delivery models and achieving optimal patient outcomes. Successful in building strong relationships with patients, staff and local healthcare partners. As an experienced Medical Officer under National Health Mission (NHM), Govt. of India in a rural health institute/hospital, I am eventually interested to share my professional job summary for switching into better opportunities. I am a RBSK Medical Officer who have earned some field based clinical, non-clinical (Administrative) experiences under public health domain within this 12 years. I am a BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathy Medicine & Surgery), a medical graduate in alternative medicine (in homoeopathy) from The West Bengal university of Health Science (WBUHS) with 60% marks, India on 2011 in regular mode. I have completed my MPH (Master of Public Health) degree with 8.9 CGPA  from a recognized University of West Bengal, named Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), India, on July,2023 in regular mode .My job style is kind of service delivery type, which is devoted in serving the people of India in the health sector ,I am basically working under RMNCHA+N projects

He has working experience with Government Administration and different departments like Health, Protection, Education, Livelihood, Politics, Public Health and Agriculture while working with reputed NGOs.  He is engaged with the Finance, Taxation and Fund Management sector in present time through his own establishment.

Ahasan Habib Mondal is an enthusiastic English literature graduate. Completed Bachelor and Master of arts in English Literature.With a hearty interest, he sees himself as a compassionate advocate, dedicated to empowering individuals and families facing challenges to navigate complex situations and reach their full potential. Throughout his life, he has always loved helping people.Through the burning desire he wants to support and improve the livelihoods of vulnerable sections and assist sustainable development.

They have led efforts to enhance public health and access to clean water and sanitation, and they have a solid foundation in project implementation, behavior change tactics, and policy lobbying. Jyotirmoy strives to empower communities and promote sustainable development goals because he is passionate about making a lasting difference.

As a travel and lifestyle blogger with a presence on platforms like Tripoto and WordPress, she specializes in crafting compelling narratives that inspire and inform.
Her ability to merge analytical research with creative content development makes her adept at enhancing digital engagement for organizations. Proficient in social media management, blog writing, and video editing, she utilizes tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SEO analytics to optimize content reach.
With a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and hands-on experience in grassroots mobilization, Sumedha brings a unique blend of scientific insight and creative communication to every project she undertakes.

Ashik Hassan is a passionate Agriculture graduate . Studied Bachelor of Science(hons) in Agriculture. With a strong interest in community development, Ashik Hassan is excited to join the NGO as a general member. He has a keen interest in social work, particularly in areas related to sustainable agriculture and rural upliftment. His background in agriculture equips him with valuable knowledge to contribute meaningfully to the NGO’s initiatives, aiming to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable communities and promote sustainable development.

Md Sahidul Islam

Md Sahidul Islam is pursuing PhD in public policy at the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), Gujarat, India. He has transitioned from being a development practitioner to an academic and researcher. He completed his bachelor’s degree from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), UP and went on to earn a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi. With over half a decade of experience in rural development, he has worked with both government and non-governmental organizations including research institute focusing on women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs), community development, livelihoods, and other related areas. His research interests include a wide range of topics, encompassing public policy, social policy, rural development, community development, poverty, and health. He has published several research articles, a book chapter, and newspaper articles, addressing concurrent socio-economic issues.
